At Wagner & Bloch we believe in giving back to the community and providing additional resources & opportunities to help educate those considering divorce on the benefits of various divorce strategies. In addition to our private practice, our team of attorneys is proud to donate our time at several free clinics and workshops.
Second Saturday is a national program offering non-biased financial, emotional and legal advice from qualified local professionals, providing women with the knowledge, support, resources and trust they need to navigate the divorce process and move forward with confidence toward a new life.
Volunteer lawyers and law students provide free legal assistance to low-income litigants representing themselves in Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court. We often volunteer with the Clinic to help with the divorce of dissolution pleadings and with post-decree issues. The Clinic is open Tuesdays 9AM to 1PM and Thursdays 11AM to 3PM and is located at 800 Broadway, 2nd Floor, Cincinnati, OH, 45202.
The Clermont County Domestic Court holds a free Law Clinic on the first Saturday of each month from 9AM until Noon at the Union Township Library. A volunteer attorney will be at the clinic to assist self-represented litigants with reviewing legal documents before these documents are filed. Court personnel will also be on hand to make sure that the necessary documents are in compliance. The Union Township Library is located at 4450 Glen Este-Withamsville Road, Cincinnati, OH 45245.
